A’ Latte Cafe is a vibrant new coffee shop located in the historic Red Mercantile building, part of the Trolley Barn Public Market in Quakertown. We are passionate about delivering quality coffee, excellent service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a coffee shop or as a barista and be passionate about coffee and customer service. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to lead a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the cafe, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.

• Train and supervise baristas and other cafe staff.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Oversee coffee and food preparation to meet quality standards.

• Manage ordering and supplies to maintain stock levels.

• Develop and implement promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a coffee shop or as a barista is required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for coffee and attention to detail.
